Jonesboro ISD has partnered with the Gatesville Library and Gatesville Mad Matters for a community service project. These groups help to make sleeping mats for the homeless and the students at JISD can help with this endeavor. We appreciate Mrs. Patterson for leading this project. Fall picture day is Monday, September 19, 2022. Packets went home with grades PK-8 on Friday. High school students can pick up packets in the office. Pictures can also be ordered at www.lifetouch.com.

Just a reminder: All kids do not get free meals this year. If you were on my direct certification list or you filled out an application and were approved for free meals you should be good. If you were approved for reduced meals (Breakfast $0.30 and Lunch $0.40) or have to pay full price (Breakfast $1.50 and Lunch $2.95) you can add money to your children account at myschoolbucks.com or send a check or cash. I have sent bills out but will send them out again on Friday.
