Homecoming Week Activities
The end of the first six weeks is Friday, October 8th. Report cards will go out the following week. If you have any questions regarding grades or attendance please check parent portal or contact the school.

We need concession stand workers next week for all of the homecoming activities. We will need people for Tuesday's Powder Puff Game, Wednesday's Movie Night and EXTRA workers for Friday's Homecoming game.
PLEASE sign up to work. This is the major fundraiser for the Booster Club. They provide equipment and support to ALL students at JISD. Not just football.
I had to make a few changes to the lunch menu this week. Thursday we will have Hamburgers, French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onions and Mixed Fruit. Friday will be Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, Breadsticks, Cooked Carrots, Salad, Ranch, Mandarin Oranges and Ice Cream. Also, there will not be any alternatives on Wednesday or Thursday this week. Thank you for your patience with the menu changes.
Weekly Pep-rally Themes. Homecoming weekly activities will be going up shortly.
Orders for the football shirts are being picked up today and will be going home with students tomorrow.
JISD would like to congratulate Costin Allison and the rest of his team for wining the 2021 Aksarben National Champion Livestock Judging Competition!
The team traveled to Nebraska this weekend to compete in this highly competitive arena. The team has been working and studying together for years and their hard work has really paid off.
Costin we are so very proud of you. Keep up the hard work and dedication young man!
