JISD will have another remote learning day, Tuesday, Feb. 16th. We understand that several people are without power and water. Please do your best with school work and communicate your situation with teachers.

The girls playoff basketball game has been postponed...again. No new game time has been set yet.
Due to the bad weather and school closure, cheerleading tryouts will be rescheduled to next week. A new date will be set once we come back to school and check the calendar for what is available. Thanks and stay warm!

Jonesboro ISD will have another virtual learning day, Monday, February 15th. Every child should have received work last week to complete Monday. The work is also posted online with google classroom and/or class dojo. If you have any questions please email your child’s teacher.

Today’s varsity girls playoff game has been postponed once again. Tentatively we have rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 15th. Of course we will play close attention to the weather. We are working on plans if Monday is not a good day to play the game.

They will play Saturday, Feb 13th in Whitney at 1 pm.
The girls playoff basketball game has been postponed once again. They will not play today, Friday, Feb 12th. Once details for a new time and date are set we will let everyone know.
Due to the declining weather, Jonesboro ISD will have a remote learning day tomorrow, Feb. 12th.
Teachers worked this afternoon to get assignments out to students at school and to post material online in the event we had to do a remote learning day. Students can submit their completed work online or when we return to school.
We will also watch the conditions for the basketball games scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. As soon as decisions are made on the games we will inform players and fans.

As of right now the Boys game is still on tomorrow at 7pm in Mexia against Trinidad. If you need tickets please have your boys get them for you. Thanks.
The girls basketball game for today is officially moved to 5pm tomorrow in Meridian.
JISD is still starting school at 10 am today, Feb. 11th.
JISD will have a delayed start Thursday, Feb 11th. School will start at 10 am with busses running two hours late.
Tickets for the girls basketball game Thursday and boys basketball game Friday are available at the school. Both games require a ticket to get in but you will pay at the door with your ticket.
Spring Picture Notice
Spring pictures will be Wednesday the 17th of this month. Make sure to dress your best! Order forms will be sent out tomorrow. This will also be a day for fall retakes as well if your missed the first round.

Due to the girls basketball team having a playoff game this Thursday the practice to learn the cheer will be from 4:00-4:45 after school this Wednesday. Thanks so much! If unable to attend must make sure they get the content from a fellow student who is trying out.
